固法合伙人彭波律师与外籍顾问Lutz受邀在德国商会作疫情相关法律问题分享

2020年2月28日下午，德国商会召开线上会议，邀请不同领域的专家针对疫情防控形势下对企业的影响分别从财税、法律等角度给在穗德资企业提供建议。

会上，固法外籍顾问Lutz Kaiser律师就中国法下不可抗力与情势变更的适用问题进行分享。

固法执行合伙人彭波律师围绕疫情期间的薪酬支付、外籍员工被撤侨后的关系处理、疫情期间劳动关系解除的原则、工伤认定以及共享用工问题进行介绍并回答了企业在劳动用工领域的疑问。

与会企业家表示固法两位律师的发言清晰明朗，帮助企业厘清疫情期间的特殊法律关系，解答了最为关注的用工管理与合同有关的一些疑惑。

本次分享也是固法疫情期间公益法律服务的延伸，为助力中小微企业以及外商投资企业复工复产提供法律支持。

On the afternoon of February 28, 2020, the German Chamber of Commerce invited experts from various fields to provide suggestions to German-funded enterprises in Guangzhou on the impact of the epidemic from the perspectives of finance, taxation and law.

Lutz Kaiser, the foreign consultant at PW & Partners, shared the application of Force Majeure and Change of Circumstances under Chinese Law at the online meeting.

James, managing partner of PW & Partners, introduced the Salary & Payment, evacuated foreign employees’ issues, labor relations termination rules, work-related injuries and employee sharing during the coronavirus outbreak, and answered the relevant questions.

The entrepreneurs said the two lawyers used short, professional language to help them understand special legal relationships during the epidemic, answering to questions about employment management related to contracts for them which is really helpful.

This meeting is also a part of PW Pro Bono Legal Service during the epidemic, who provides legal support to help small, medium and micro enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises to resume production.
