固法彭波律师受邀参加第16届亚洲竞争法协会年会

2024年11月9日，第16届亚洲竞争法协会（Asia Competition Association，ACA）年会在四川大学法学院圆满召开。作为协办单位，广东固法律师事务所积极参与并支持本次会议的组织和议题讨论。固法所的彭波律师作为特邀嘉宾，加入“卡特尔执法的最新进展和关键问题”小组，并担任评议人参与讨论。

本次年会吸引了来自国家市场监督管理总局、地方市场监管机构、韩国公平贸易委员会及亚洲竞争法协会的主要领导，以及来自境内外高校、企业、律师事务所等多领域的反垄断专家和行业代表，共同探讨“亚洲竞争法执法前沿问题”。与会嘉宾围绕竞争法热点问题进行深入交流，分享见解。

亚洲竞争法协会（ACA）旨在加强亚洲地区在竞争法和竞争政策上的交流合作，推动和推广区域内的竞争文化。本次线下年会以继续打造分享亚洲反垄断动态和发展趋势的交流平台为目标，吸引了中、日、韩等多个国家和地区的代表，共同探讨竞争法执法的前沿问题和最新进展。

James Was Invited to Attend

16th ACA Conference Held in Chengdu

On November 9, 2024, the 16th Annual Conference of the Asia Competition Association (ACA) was successfully held at the Law School of Sichuan University. As a co-organizer, PW & Partners Law Firm actively supported and participated in the organization and discussions of this event. James Peng, as an invited guest, joined the panel on “Recent Developments and Key Issues in Cartel Enforcement” and served as a panel.

The conference brought together distinguished guests from the State Administration for Market Regulation, local market regulatory authorities, the Korea Fair Trade Commission, as well as leading figures from the Asia Competition Association. Antitrust experts and industry representatives from domestic and international universities, corporations, and law firms also participated, exchanging insights on the theme of “Current Issues in Competition Law Enforcement in Asia” and discussing hot topics in the field.

The ACA aims to strengthen regional exchanges and cooperation in competition law and policy across Asia, contributing to the promotion of a competitive culture in the region. This in-person annual meeting continued to serve as a platform for sharing the latest developments and trends in Asian antitrust enforcement, attracting representatives from China, Japan, South Korea, and other regions to discuss frontier issues in competition law enforcement.
